Refund policy
We have a 3-day store credit policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a store credit for damaged items.
To request a store credit, you can contact us at customercare@uniquelydeez.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a store credit code, as well as instructions on how redeem it. Items sent back to us without written permission and return code will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any store credit question at customercare@uniquelydeez.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
